Returns:

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for your purchase. Corked wine will always be replaced as this is a standard industry practice. Please contact us to collect the corked bottle and deliver the replacement. Bottles that are broken or damaged during transportation will be replaced. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in order for us to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the product.

Refunds (IF APPLICABLE):

Replacing a damaged, corked or broken bottle is preferred to a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, this transaction will be processed and paid into a specified bank account within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (IF APPLICABLE):

Items will only be exchanged or replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@onomawines.com.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should email info@onomawines.com. Upon returning an item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
