- Palate: Medium–full body, ripe concentrated fruit up front (blackcurrant, plum, ripe blackberry). Structured, ripe tannins from Cabernet give grip; Shiraz brings plush mid-palate and spice. Balanced acidity, integrated oak (toast, vanilla), and a hint of cocoa/espresso on the finish.
- Finish: Long, savory finish with lingering dark fruit, black pepper spice and dry, chewy tannins.
